Emotional Freedom Techniques
What is EFT ?
 
EFT is a psychological use of the acupuncture meridian points - instead of using needles, you learn to tap with your fingertips on the meridian points while making a statement.

As odd as it may sound, it works. And most importantly, it is simple and easy to use.

 I know that this may sound gimmicky, but believe me, this is no gimmick.
 
  The developer of this technique, Gary Craig, is a Stanford Engineer, now a personal performance coach -
 he has been on Animal Planet recently using the technique to help a very frightened woman get over
 a small animal phobia. Gary has dedicated his life to teaching people how to overcome emotional and physical blocks to success.

  Some people are hesitant to adopt a new technique that seems a little unconventional. The research proving the effectiveness of these techniques is now coming in.  A comparative study with EFT vs. other conventional methods has just been published in a major psychological journal, (The Journal of Clinical Psychology). 
 EFT was shown to be far more effective in reducing anxiety than conventional methods. EFT has
 an extremely high effectiveness rate. This technique works for me— and my clients say that EFT
 has made ALL the difference for them. 
 
  Now I want to share it with you. This is by far the most exciting and effective technique
 that I have learned in a long time.
 
 
How Can EFT Help Me ? 


The EFT process calms our whole system, mentally, emotionally and physically, by releasing blocks and disruptions in our energy system, allowing improved, free flow of our natural life-force energy. The tapping techniques also calm the amygdala, the primitive part of our brain, so that we feel a reduction in anxiety generateded by the fight or flight response. As we encourage increasing energy flow in our mind, body and spirit system, we experience more joy and connection to others, clear and positive thinking, and a feeling of vitality and comfort in our physical bodies.
 

EFT literally taps into our own internal source of power and intelligence, our vital life force energy, the same source that naturally helps us all to grow and heal. EFT works with remarkable speed, often where nothing else has worked, and produces long-lasting positive effects. As we improve our energy flow with tapping, our bodies relax, our minds become clearer, our thoughts become more positive. In fact, EFT can help reduce negativity and stress and increase positivity and joy in every aspect of our lives.
