I am an accredited Yoga Alliance teacher offering classes in Galway (Ireland), Millau (France), Finland and wherever a retreat center, ashram, hotel needs me in Europe. Classes begin with a focus on the breath to help ground and acknowledge the body to realize a new potential. Integrating breath with movement helps create a natural rhythmic support and sense of well-being. My classes include classical Hatha yoga asanas (postures) to help tone, strengthen and increase flexibility. Incorporating a flowing movement of forward bends, back bends, inversions and twists to stretch the spine , thereby balancing the central nervous system. All thoses posture are mostly made with the support of the Feetup trainer, an incredible tool to progress smoothly. We complete the class with a deep relaxation, essential to store and ground the energy created during the class leaving you feeling rejuvenated and revitalized !
